The WOODSAVR moisture meter features 2 detection modes and 2 material detection modes with 0.1% resolution. In Pin-type mode, wood materials range from 6% to 60%, and building materials range from 0% to 33%, with an error range of +/-2%. In Pinless scanning mode, both wood and building materials range from 0% to 33%, with an error range of +/-4%. Additionally, our product offers 9 scales for measuring various types of wood.

It also features temperature detection, displaying ambient temperature simultaneously during humidity measurement. To check if the product is functioning properly, select Wood density grade 2, insert the pins into the two holes in the protective cap. If the reading is from 16.6% to 20.6%, it is working correctly; otherwise, it is abnormal.

In terms of precautions, it is important to ensure that the material under test is metal-free within 2 inches and that the main body thickness reaches 12.5 mm. It is not recommended to test directly on thin wall panels, as readings may be affected by nearby metal, pipe, or your hand.
